Ticket Policy

Canada SBK Festival – Ticket Policy – Updated April 21, 2025

1. All Sales Are Final

All passes and tickets are final sale.

Because this is a multi-day international festival with pre-committed artist, venue, and production costs, we are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of plans
  • Travel or visa issues
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Personal circumstances

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Flexible Transfer Options (Our Promise to You)

We understand that life happens—so we offer flexible alternatives to refunds:

You may:

  • Transfer your pass to another person (name change)
  • Convert your pass into a credit for a future Canada SBK Festival

Transfer Timeline:

  • Up to January 1, 2026: Free transfer
  • January 1, 2026 – February 28, 2026: Transfer with $25 admin fee
  • After March 15, 2026: Transfers closed

All requests must be submitted via email by the registered ticket holder.

3. Service & Processing Fees

Ticketing platform and payment processing fees are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable

These are charged by third-party providers and are not retained by the festival.

4. Event Changes (Protecting Your Experience)

If the festival is:

  • Postponed or Rescheduled:
Your pass remains valid for the new dates. Transfer or credit options will be provided if needed.
  • Cancelled:
    You will be offered:
    • A refund of the ticket value (excluding service fees), or
    • A full credit toward a future edition

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We’re here to help—please contact us first.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that:

  • The services provided are tied to a scheduled live event
  • Refunds are not offered outside the conditions listed above
  • Transfer and credit options are the primary remedies available

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:

  • This policy, along with proof of ticket delivery and event access, will be used to respond to the claim
  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the organizers may result in:
    • Suspension of ticket validity
    • Loss of future purchase privileges

6. Force Majeure

Canada SBK Festival is not responsible for changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Government restrictions
  • Public health measures
  • Natural events

In such cases, credits or transfers may be offered in place of refunds.

7. Agreement to Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
